Sesame oil listed in ingredients but directions doesn’t say when to add it. I don’t believe using it a oil to cook chicken works. I added to the chicken when cooked.

This recipe is amazing! I made it exactly as listed, and added one small can of diced water chestnuts for extra crunch. Served it over romaine lettuce leaves, as well as jasmine rice. This is one of few recipes my entire family of 6 loves.

The filling is delicious! Anything with cashew and chicken are a match made in heaven. We made ours with corn tortillas and chopping up the lettuce as a garnish instead. Thank you for the recipe!

In reply to Tamara. I prefer it hot but technically it's safe to eat as long as it was fully cooked, properly cooled, and you eat it within 4 days of it being in the fridge.
