Two chicken caesar wraps stacked on a plate with chips on the side.

My family’s personal favorite on busy nights is wraps! My husband loves them and my kids devour them! I serve them with a side of cold cut veggies, hummus and fresh fruit. These Chicken Caesar Wraps could not be easier to make–especially if you use leftover cooked or rotisserie chicken.

How to make a Chicken Caesar Wrap:

  1. Toss ingredients:  Add chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, croutons, and caesar salad dressing to a large mixing bowl and toss well to combine.
  2. Fill tortilla and Roll: Add a big spoonful of mixture to a tortilla and roll tightly, folding the sides in like a burrito. Secure with toothpicks, if necessary.

Tastes better from scratch but we’re using bottled Cesar dressing?

Made this with homemade Skinny Caesar dressing. Added a little Montreal seasoning to the chicken. Yum.

Simple and breezy. Especially when I bake the chicken at 425 for 19 min after cutting it up

This recipe was so good! I made my own Caesar dressing, too, which added some time, but made it taste all the better. This will definitely be on rotation this summer as well!

I kind of thought that if the blog was called “made from scratch”, the recipe wouldn’t have something like “Caesar dressing”. If I had Caesar dressing (me being in Europe), I wouldn’t need a recipe 😉
