I stink at making steak… I’d love to try this, but I’m allergic to rosemary. Can you suggest different herbs that would give a good flavor for this recipe?

OMG…. My daughter and myself made this tonight, with a side of Mac N Cheese. Came out PERFECT, thank you so much for the recipe. I actually saved it so we can make it again. *** If anyone is making this, FOLLOW the recipe, the Garlic, Rosemary butter, AWESOME. Lauren, keep up the great work.

I’m not going to lie, this one took some convincing, but I was intrigued by the 20 min cook time. I must admit, the steaks were delicious! It didn’t quite have that sear that you get from the grill, but it was every bit as tender and delicious.
