I love lots of flavor and when I first read the ingredients it seemed like too much of a good thing. However, I have tons of cherry tomatoes so I thought I would give it a try. Wow!! This is delicious!! It is out of character for me not to adjust something in a recipe. Well, I’m not changing a thing, its perfect as is!
