This is one of my girlfriend’s favorite meals. It is super easy, super healthy, and very tasty! I will note for some reason, leftovers of this are disgusting, even when eaten the next day. Maybe keep all components separate if you have leftovers, and just mix the bowl each time you want a serving! This is stunningly tasty when served fresh!

Very good, we used a few different toppings in our bowls than listed. Loved the marinade for the salmon, I cut into 2 inch cubes and baked mine in the oven. Family approved, I will definitely be making this often! Thank you!

Both my husband and I absolutely loved this meal. So easy, quick and delicious. Simply amazed at the taste.
