This may be a dumb question- but do you use the juice concentrate frozen or do you mix it with water and then use a cup of that mixture?

This is amazing!! I’m from Canada, and we don’t have Jamba Juice! While on vacation I had the Caribbean Passion smoothie in the airport both there and back, and I knew I would be missing it!! This recipe is delicious! Thank you!
