This was a hit at supper tonight! Switched the chicken for ground beef but otherwise fixed as the recipe read! Easy to make and SO delicious! Also made the homemade cream of chicken soup, which was fantastic and very easy! Will definitely make again…and again!

The taste was excellent. I didn’t care much for the texture of the tortillas; they were pretty soggy. What can I do to remedy that next time?
