Made this for dinner tonight and it was incredibly quick and easy to pull it all together. My family enjoyed the creaminess of the sauce and liked the chicken. The pasta is a fun shape for the littles as well.

This pasta was a win for the whole family. The kiddos loved the cheesy and creamy noodles. I appreciated the simplicity (and snacking on the Boursin before tossing it in the recipe). Next time around I would add some spinach and possibly veggies.

It’s quick and easy and a great use for leftover chicken or veggies in the fridge!
