So unbelievably tasty! A million times better than similar recipes that call for cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soups. Only note, I used Better than Bouillon for the chicken broth since I had it on hand; if you use this, omit the extra salt. The Bouillon can make it a bit salty. Next time I’ll use low sodium chicken broth like the recipe calls for. Delicious!!

This is sooooo good. Be sure to let the sauce thicken up a lot cuz my creation was a bit soupy as I did not.

In reply to Paula. Ha ha! I looked at the photo and thought, it’s probably made with cream of chicken soup, yuck, like most dishes of this type are. I was pleasantly surprised it’s not. I haven’t tried it, the cottage cheese seems like it would be a lumpy, curdy, sour mess but everyone raves about it.

Made this for the 2nd time and we just wolfed it down tonight. It is sooo good, loved by all. I am thankful my family of 6 still had enough for leftovers tomorrow.
