Looks delicious and will try it out for Superbowl Sunday. Has anyone tried shaping it like a football and coating it with mini pepperonis?

This is one of the best cheeseballs I have ever had. Everyone raved about it. It is a huge cheeseball and I thought I would have a lot leftover but there is barely any left. After all the holiday cooking and baking, my 91 yr old dad got home and said he wished he had some of that cheeseball. This is a keeper!

I prefer a more basic cheese ball. I didn’t care for the hot sauce and oregano.

I have made a similar one to that by just adding dried apricots or cranberries or both with the nuts on the out side it is easy to make and looks good on a cheese plate
