You could also chop all the veggies in advance. You can reheat and serve the rice in crockpots to make it easier. Enjoy! Let us know how it goes!

As a homesick Texan, this was a wonderful surprise. Imade this with my 2 sons and they really enjoyed it. The pictures do no justice to how it came out! The cake was insanely soft! I had to remake it after it was already in the pan because mine was too wide, but with the butter on the bottom, it didn’t stick at all. Just wonderful!
