I’m eating it right now, and it’s so good!
I messed it up a bit though. I didn’t add salt so the beef is not as flavorful. I just added half a small lime to my serving because I love lime on almost everything. And it works! Thank you for this recipe, Lauren! Beefaroni is my favorite comfort food 😊

Not a hit at my house. For the amount of ingredients it didn’t have much flavor and it was sort of bitter, I think too much tomato paste as others have said.
