This is the best cobbler recipe ever! I used canned peaches but removed about half the peach juice and the cobbler cooked up in 40 mins and wasn’t too dry or wet. Will absolutely make again!

Yes, you can use self rising flour. Adapt the recipe to only add 1/2 tsp of baking powder and leave out the salt. This is because self-rising flour has baking powder and salt in it. Enjoy!
