This is the best pad Thai recipe! I always add random veggies to it and it always turns out so good.the best part is the sauce I always double it. Great option even when I don’t have meat on hand as I always have eggs. I go back to this recipe again and again every time I make it it reminds me of the little Thai restaurant we had next to our high school and sometimes he would sneak out with girls and eat lunch there.. that was so many years ago but every time I make this recipe I’m 17 again in that little restaurant! thank you so much for the recipe!

Tried it, loved it. Made a few modifications just to add more veggies. Cooked some matchstick carrots then some baby bok choy, the rest followed to a T. Would have waited to cook the shrimp until the pepper was done because it was quite done, but the sauce and toppings made up for it.

Love this one! It comes together so quickly! I can never find bean sprouts so they typically get omitted but it still tastes great! I’ve done it with chicken and shrimp and both are great although my fave is shrimp. 😉
