We haven’t tested this recipe with a cinnamon swirl, but after you punch it down, you could roll the dough into a rectangle the same length as your bread pan, brush on butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon, then roll it up and place in the loaf pan for the second rise. Bake as instructed. Let us know how it works out!
