This is our family favorite. Now the only recipe we use. Over the years I’ve made some minor modifications. No sugar. And I add a 15oz can of diced tomatoes. Everything else the same. We love it. I think we have this at least twice a month.

You need to simmer the sauce for minimum 2-3 hours. 30 min isn’t going to cut it for reduction. This is a great recipe!
