Thick, chewy, amazing Oreo Bars made with Oreo cookies and white chocolate chips.
I have a serious love for cookies in the shape of BARS! They’re way easier to make than cookies since there’s no refrigerating, scooping, rolling the dough, or baking multiple batches, required! These Oreo Bars are kind of a mash-up of a thick and chewy chocolate cookies, brownies, and loads of chopped Oreo cookies and white chocolate chips inside.
How to Make Oreo Bars:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8×8” baking pan (or line with parchment paper).
- Add flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt to a small bowl and stir to combine.
- To a large mixing bowl add butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar. Beat with electric mixers (or in your stand mixer) until well creamed together, about 3 minutes. Add egg and vanilla and mix well.
- Add dry ingredients and mix just until incorporated. Stir in Oreos and white chocolate chips. Press dough into pan.
- Bake for about 18-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Freezing Instructions: Bake bars in a freezer-safe container. Allow them to cool completely after baking, then cover pan and freeze for up to 3 months

I threw these together at 10 o’clock on a Saturday night while we were watching a movie. The bars were in the oven in less than 10 minutes and out of the oven 20 minutes after that. Best of all my husband and two girls raved about them! Definitely going to be making these again and again.
this sounds so delicious if I want to do a 13 x 9 pan with the recipe be the same
I would double the recipe.
These are so moist and delicious! I loved the combination of white chocolate chips and Oreos. The brownie batter stuck to my fingers making it difficult to spread so I sprayed them with cooking spray and it made the process much easier. I will definitely be making these again!
Easy recipe and so yummy!
Still unsure that this much deliciousness in a single pan is even legal. I mean, seriously, does it really get any better than this!?
